This part is a Performance replacement guaranteed to fit the 1990 Toyota 4Runner All Submodels All Engines 2-Door, Extended Cab Pickup, 4WD, 5100 Series but this is for )' lift. For the front 3-5 inches lift, we only have it for the RWD. WE do have a front 1-3 inches lift and it is part number M9552. You can follow the link to see the part;
