Hi Emmett, I'm glad to assist you. It is a completely loaded front strut assembly already. You do not need to buy a separate bracket (whatever bracket you are referring to). The strut is installed on the steering knuckle, and the sway bar link is connected to the lower portion of the strut. It is guaranteed to fit the 2018 to 2022 Honda Accord, four or 6-cylinder, A/T.
