Question: Is these shocks all that I need to stop my 1998 Buick Riviera supercharged to stop bouncing around whenever I hit a bump in the road?Lurch / Sep 28, 2021
Hi Michael, I'm glad to help you out. If your 1998 Buick Riviera doesn't have electronic suspension, then yes. Take advantage of the sale price and limited stocks for this item. It all depends on if the bounce is in the back. I replaced the struts & still had the bounce when I hit bumps. So I replaced the rear shocks as well. But go with an air shock in the rear. I went back with what it called for in the rear & my rear still sits low in the back. So I'm going with an air shock for the rear. But no more bounce I'll say that.

Answered by Stanley L. / Tue, Sep 28Yes, if your cars bounces like that after hitting a bump it’s time to replace them. Be mindful of the strut bolt holes on the bottom. Some are oblong and can really throw your camber off. I recommend having it checked for alignment after

Answered by Daniel B. / Wed, Sep 29Definitely will help, but should always have the whole front end checked. Might need to replace the rear as well, for a new car like ride.

Answered by Lucas B. / Tue, Sep 28Yes that is what my car was doing after I changed the structs it stopped! Also check your ball joints for wear!
