Question: 1964 Thunderbird 390, rides a little low for me. Pretty sure the leafs are sprung but not ready to go that far. What shock (air, coil, heavy duty) would you recommend to pick that super heavy butt up a little?Super / Feb 23, 2023

Answered by Andrew B. / Thu, Feb 23Hello, back in the 60s we either flipped the original shackles around or installed longer aftermarket leafspring shackles, if we needed a little more lift in the back. You can probably even make your own if you can’t find a pair. Gus
