Hi Aubrey, I am pleased to assist you. Yes, to lift your 1994 Jeep Wrangler by 2 inches, you will need to consider adding coil springs along with the shocks. While these shocks are designed to improve handling and stability, they do not provide any lift on their own. However, we currently do not have the available appropriate coil springs for your ride. This kit is unsuitable for the 1994 Jeep Wrangler. We have the shocks that will fit the vehicle.
