I didn't need the driver's side, so I wasn't looking for one, but I think I saw a YouTube or read an article that said the driver's side is not available from online stores for the 2006 Ford Escape.

Question: Need driver side rear?Ron R. / Sep 11, 2020
Hi Ron, We won't be able to tell if we have it or not if we don't know the type of vehicle you have. To check if we have it available, please use our Vehicle Selector — which can be found towards the top of the homepage as well as all categories, search results, and product pages — can help verify if a part will fit your specific application. To enter your application, simply select your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine type and click “Go.” Once your application is selected, you’ll see a “Guaranteed to Fit” badge if the part will fit, and we recommend that you also double-check Your Vehicle Fit Details as well as the Vehicle Fitment Information table on the product page.

My repair required only the passenger side rear. From what I've read on the internet, there was a problem with the undercoating on these vehicles that caused an air bubble or gap to form. That's where it rusts out. Again, according to what I read, the driver's side did not have the air bubble problem under the undercoating, so that side doesn't rust out. I heard that if you should need a driver's side rear, it's a FORD part only--available only from Ford. Not sure about that.

Question: Do you have a driver side mount for a 2009 Ford escape?? :)Ashley W. / Aug 24, 2022
Hi Ashley, I'm glad to assist you. Unfortunately, we currently don't. We suggest checking the local part stores around your area on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.

Question: I NEED PASSENGER REAR BUT IT STATES ENGINE SHOCK MOUNT??JACKs / Sep 15, 2020
Hello Jack, This item is also called the "Shock Rust Repair Kit". It is for the rear passenger side and consists of 1 shock mount and 1 shock insulator kit. The patch panel welds into place, completely replacing the rusted original panel for a permanent fix. This shock tower patch panel exactly matches the fit and appearance of the original shock absorber mount.

Question: Can this part b screwed in temporary until I have enough money to get it welded?!A Shopper / Jun 03, 2020
Hello! I cannot recommend screwing this in, as it is a structural piece that your suspension bolts to.
