Yes, this is universal type which normally reuires mondification of some adjustments to make it fit. This includes 5/8 in. - 18 threaded cable input with .104 in. square drive; speedometer cable not included. Please click the link below to see more information and PDF instructional install.

Hi Richard-
The speedometer of the 1994-1998 F-350 is part of the instrument cluster in which we don't carry. We suggest reaching the Ford dealership or checking local salvage yards for the part.
