Question: My 2011 gti will start if u use a jumper wire on starter but won’t crank with key is it my relay?Bubba / Mar 31, 2025
Hi Stephen, thank you for reaching out. We are unable to answer your question accurately since we cannot physically diagnose your vehicle. We highly suggest that a certified mechanic diagnose your vehicle to pinpoint the part needing replacement. Thank you for inquiring. Have a nice day.

Question: 06 VW Touareg no start, good battery, can jump start but nothing when turn key.  Is it the starter relay?Michael S. / Dec 01, 2021
Hello! How are you jump starting it? Jumping the starter solenoid, or push starting (assuming manual transmission)? Easiest thing to try is the starter relay, but it could also be the ignition switch. Do you hear a click when you try and start it?
