Hi, Yes, the procedure is, you will have to mail back the core part (old defective original part) to the address we would send you via email after you have spoken to our Returns Department and issuance of the RMA email where the warehouse address is indicated. You will have to pay for shipping the core part back to our warehouse. Once you have installed the new/remanufactured part already on your vehicle, please give us a ring and ask to be transferred to our Returns department. Once they process and send an RMA email for you, that is the time you be able to know the warehouse address so you can be able to send the core back to us and get your core refund once we receive the part back on our warehouse.
