This item was a superior value for the money --- Less than one-third the cost of a new starter. The appearance of the item was equal to any good remanufactured item you might find. Operation of the unit seemed just a bit rougher than the original factory starter when cranking, but not rough enough to feel it was substandard for an Infiniti vehicle. The item shipped quickly and was well packaged, and the core return process was simple, but the customer pays return shipping. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, especially when considering the alternatives out there.
