Hi Kerry, thank you for reaching out. If you mean CAPA-certified, then no. The components in this kit are standard replacement parts. The only differences between the CAPA (Certified Automotive Parts Association) and the standard part are the cost and the certification. CAPA-certified parts are mostly for repairs shouldered by insurance. The quality and specifications are the same for both types.
