Bumper came dented, most likely from shipping but I had shipping insurance and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we installed the bumper anyway. No figment issues. Plastics were in good shape

Yes it does. Be warned though, replacing the bumper requires lifting the bed off the frame a couple of inches.

It is a complete bumper, not just the skin. You will have to remove your old sensors and reinstall. Suggest disconnect battery. If key is turned on while sensors disconnected, they will have to be reprogrammed by dealer. There are black bumpers out there, but not at carparts.com.
