Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Sep 08I installed this bumper on a 2003 GMC 3500. I did have to drill new holes in the frame to get the bumper where I thought it looked best. I think all GMC/CHEVY trucks 1999 through 2016 have 39" on center frame rails, so the bumper brackets will fit the frame but may not match mounting holes.
