i have been on an ongoing battle for about 3 weeks because they claimed to have delivered my package and i did not receive it nor did i see them deliver it through my home camera system. I have yet to receive my money back and am getting very upset because it was a lot of money for me to have been waiting this long.

I brought my Avalanche in for a state inspection sticker and I asked the mechanic to replace my hitch since it is rusted. He said the hitch was fine but the bumper that the hitch plate bolts to wasn’t safe. He said maybe a auto body place might do the work since the avalanche has all that bumper cladding. I found the bumper at JCW and did the work myself. Bumper was almost a exact match. The two hitch plate bolts were a different diameter then original. M12 versus M16 and the original had holes for the wire ties to clamp to. I am glad I bought the bumper with the brackets since the nut is welded to the inside of the bracket and the bolt spins right off with a impact. The bumper without the plastic covering it was a rusted mess. Probably going to replace hitch next. Thank you JCW for stocking this. Ps the body cladding was no big just a bunch of plastic clips I went slow and didn’t brake a single one.
