Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Feb 01Yes it comes with all the brackets and nuts and bolts, but I was able to reuse the existing brackets and bolts. Easy installation with the hardest part being removing the existing nuts and bolts as my truck was 20 years old and those bolts had never been touched.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Sep 27It is possible but you would need to drill out the rivets on the bottom to remove the gray panels. The top portion has the plastic push in retainers like the original that can be reused. I was going to do that but decided to get a matching paint and primed and painted them. It looks OK.

Answered by Bryan G. / Mon, Sep 27You need to paint them yourself. I just did this for my 2004 Dodge Dakota. Get some primer, body color, and clear coat rattle cans and some masking tape and it is doable in your home garage.
