Answered by Andrew B. / Wed, Jun 30Not glossy and doesn't match the factory paint. Matte or flat black. You can scuff it up and spray paint it glossy before you install it if that matters to you.
Perfect fit though. No problems with the install.

Answered by Jonathan / Wed, Jun 30Powder coated is definitely NOT high gloss. It’s NO gloss. I installed it on my truck as is. It does not match the black high gloss of my paint, but I think it looks good.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Sep 13Evening neighbor! No. The bumber comes primed a semi gloss black. You will have to have it painted to match exactly. A body shop will utilize your VIN# to match the paint color. exactly!
I. too. have the brilliant black paint on my 2017 Ram 1500. The black primer color is close to the brilliant black truck color, but the black primer lacks the blue metal flake, present in the brilluant black. I gave the body shop my truck VIN # and dropped off the bumber to have it painted. Then stopped by one day and took him about a hour to remove old bumper and install the new one-$300.

There are no bumper brackets included. In the product detailed description, it says it does NOT include new bumper brackets. Installed easily.
