THIS WAS A HARD BUMPER TO FIND AND CARPARTS.COM CAME THROUGH AS USUAL!! IT DID COME WITH SOME SCUFFS ON THE END DUE TO SOME PACKAGING ISSUES, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY USABLE.

Question: Hi i would like to buy a replacement bumper mines rotted out its mounted to my trailor hitch shouldent be a problem mounting this bumper this way i think it bolts in from the top with carrage bolts ??
