Hi John, I'm glad to help you out. This item fits the 2001 Ford F-150 XLT fleetside/styleside. We currently do not offer the step pads and the hardware. We suggest getting those locally or transfer the step pads from the original bumper into this new face bar. Don't know for certain, but 97 thru 2003 were the same truck. If you have to buy all the plastics go for the complete bumper. Price the hardware before you order if you can't use the old.
