I ordered a replacement sun visor for my car. I asked a question about it before I placed the order, they got back to me immediately. Shipped it and it was delivered very fast. Unfortunately, Fed Ex delivered it to a wrong address so I never received it. I called car parts, have them the same nfi about the list item they needed, and right then and there asked if I want them to send another or a refund. I believe the replacement has been shipped, and I hope it gets delivered to me.
