I ordered this tail light to replace one slightly damaged in a minor fender bender. The first one arrived very promptly, but the retaining tab on the bottom was broken. I immediately requested a replacement that took somewhat longer to arrive. This time the product was double boxed and arrived in good condition. However, the molded edges (parting lines) were very sharp and I thought I'd better lightly sand them before I cut myself installing the tail light. The packaging instructions for returning the original damaged tail light were very clear with clear instructions on when the product needed to be returned by. After waiting about 10 days, I packaged the product per the instructions and paid for the return shipping, not wanting to get charged for 2 tail lights. Two days after I shipped the light back, I received an email with detailed instructions for printing a prepaid label. Sure would have been nice to have that information at the same time I received the shipping instructions - and NOT 2 weeks later.
In the end,
the tail light is installed - looks great and matches the original equipment on the opposite side.
