The one I purchased came with everything except the single screw that mounts the lens to the chassis, but old screw will work fine. And by everything I mean it came with all lights, plugs, connectors, and mounting clips (pre attached to unit).

As shown in product pictures the clips are included. Might need to bend a little for snug fit. Two clips and a screw and thats it!

Mine came with clips and light bulbs in proper light housing to plug into wiring., but not the screw. Fortunately mine was not damaged and could be reused.

Its actually the whole tail light unit. They remove the entire light out, and plug in the new one. It does not come with the screws. (I purchased my own screws, because my original screws had to be removed with their pneumatic tool.....I just check the tail lights now and them to make sure the philips screws don't vibrate loose. (road hazard right....(My screws were both totally stripped, from using a philips screwdriver - which was not the right tool, but easy now and can change bulbs now with ease if need be)
