Hi Ronald, This is a regular halogen type tail light assembly. We currently don't have the LED type available for the Z71 models.

Yes. I didn't need the harness or the bulbs, but they were included. At least I don't have to worry about a bulb going out; I have spares.

No. If I remember right it's just like an S10 taillight. There's 2 screws and then it slides right out.
