I ordered taillight for my wife's car and paid for 2 days delivery, which was scheduled. FedEx informed me, that due to holiday season my delivery will be delayed, and they delivered it one day later from the scheduled delivery. The part came defective (one of the lights didn't work). I placed a request for exchange. Next workday the replacement part was ready to be shipped, but FedEx picked it up only next day but delivered on time, in 3 days. The new part was working, and I installed it without a problem, fit well.
My impression is that the company is reliable, works hard to provide the best service but hiccups happen.
