It was good for the most part. This part does glitch out from time to time mostly works but there is times where is seems like it looses connection while driving very occasionally. I bought this part cause it was on sale but obviously for a reason.

You need to replace the whole tail light assembly since it is a sealed unit.

Think you can purchase just outside but personally I would buy the unit since it’s all enclosed in one unit less chance of breaking
