This part does not fit the 2013 Ford Taurus. I have found the direct-fit passenger side outer tail light and it is part number REPF730183 but, it is currently out of stock (sold out). Hi Fracy, thank you for reaching out. No, you cannot if you are replacing the tail light assembly. This item is a sealed unit with the housing and the lens. However, you can change the halogen bulbs if necessary.
