This is only for up to 2017 year fitment, not compatible. Unfortunately, we do not carry the tail light for your 2018 passenger side direct fit assembly.

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

I can say it is very well made and worth every penny. Considerable savings over the factory ones. I really could not tell the difference. I only needed to replace one but I ordered the twin pack and replaced both and saved the original in one of the boxes for later. Highly recommend this product. Good luck.
