This part fits the 2013 Toyota RAV4 XLE All Engines (there is no XLT submodel for this year) Mounts On Liftgate, For Models Made In North America. Look at the first digit of the VIN, if it's a 1,4 or 5, then it indicates that the car was built in the U.S., J means Japan, K means South Korea.
