My experience was very positive. I looked through the website found my car part and I ordered it. My package was shipped. The shipping with FedEX was a problem. They told me my package would be delivered between 8:30-1:30. I made my appointment at the garage and then the package didn't show up until 5:30 after the shop was closed. I had to wait until after the week end. The Auto car website got my order done correctly it was the shipping that was an issue.
