Wanted to provide a review for this item, as I was happy overall with the service and delivery.
Pros - Made an initial mistake with order, selecting the wrong part for my vehicle (there were a few tail light options to choose from for that year, make and model of vehicle and it wasn't until I compared it visually to the broken part, that I knew I ordered the wrong one). About 20 mins later, I expected a protracted process to cancel it and order the correct part but was pleasantly surprised when I chatted with an online rep through the site. They cancelled the order for me there and then - no drama.
I received a cancellation email for the incorrect order and ordered the correct part soon after, on the same day. Ordered on Jan 1st and received the part Jan 9th - it took a little longer than expected but the team provided me with email updates re: potential delays - this was a week where there were heavy snowstorms in the midwest so the delay was understandable.
Item arrived packed well and undamaged - looked new.
Item did fit the car but its not exactly the same as the MB version ( MB version has the Mercedes Benz lettering printed inside the reflective upper 1/3 of the light fixture) other than that its visually the same, I dont think non-MB folks would be able to tell its not OEM from 10 feet away. The bolts, electrical connection and rubber guide/stop fit like the OEM part on the car - no issues with installation. Lights worked as described once installed.
Cons - perhaps warning others as to potential issues with light choices for this make, model and year would be helpful for others.
