Answered by Aldrin P. / Wed, Mar 31It’s the whole assembly and it works well. Installed into my 2011 Avalanche easily. Just make sure the clamp on the right is tight, it came lose once and I had to take the whole tailgate apart again to reattach it. Get yourself some 3M tape also to reattach the tailgate lip.
