I was a little disappointed when the tailgate was deliver the box and the tailgate were damaged however I reached out to customer service and a replacement was sent within a few days.I understand this is a busy time of year and these things happen but I believe more bubble wrap would have protected better and prevent having to send a replacement however it all ended well .
