Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Mar 16I don't know if this is right light for your 2003 Cadillac Escalade - except that it says it's guaranteed to fit - but it was the correct light for my 1999 GMC Suburban. It was a perfect fit and easy to install, and it was required to be fixed to pass my state inspection. Good Luck.
