Added this to my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi that has 165K miles, mostly HWY use do to my sales job. I average 18.5/gal prior to adding this Airaid Throttle Body Spacer. After 2500 miles, i now average 17.5/gal. I do notice better low RPM performance. I was looking for mileage not performance. It also makes a slight whistle sound at low RPM. The sound doesn't bother me and as long as the radio is turned on, I cannot hear the sound. So, you decide. Do you want to help your low end power or save gas?

I put this on my 06 H3. It increased power during take off, it was a noticable difference. I also gained 1mpg extra fuel economy. I would recommend this throttle body spacer.
