Hi Al,
I think this kit we have is simply without that part included. The VVT cam gear is an electronic technology allows right amount of oil supply to get into engine via variable valve timing solenoid adjustment. Automakers have their own names to this technology. Ford calls it Variable Camshaft Timing, VCT. Please refer to your owners manual or a vehicle specific service repair manual to check that detail or call your local dealership, rpvide your VIN so they could give you the correct information you need.
