Bought this 4000 miles ago and for the price, I'm quite pleased. I've even driven through some very hard rains and it doesn't leak. I haul boxes of parts all over the state and it has kept them nice and dry. I also like that it's very easy to open this cover to get to the cargo under, but is well protected from weather and prying eyes. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because I don't see the cheap plastic locking clamps at the rear lasting. I made sure to save the instruction book so I have the part number when I need to order replacements...
