Question: I have a 2013 rav4 and when I had the tires put on my car the mechanic broke the tpms. They said I could come back, but never did nad now I have to fix it. I looked online and saw tpms for Toyota at $65/ea. I also saw this one on this page for $12 and it says "universal". Does this mean that the universal tpms will work with whatever tpms are in the other tires? thanksBill W. / Mar 30, 2021
Hi Bill,
I'm glad to help you out. Actually, these are universal snap-in service kits. This only replaces the rubber valve stems of the TPMS. If the mechanic broke the sensor, to the extent it's not functioning anymore, this will not be the replacement for it. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
