Due to the description of the part, I thought it would be an exact match for my vehicle with the plug for my (factory) wiring harness. In fact it was a generic connector whose exact match was found at a local parts store for a third of the price (not counting shipping), and which required me to make my own harness to connect to the factory receptacle. Usually they do a good job, all of my earlier purchases were perfect, but this is definitely a fail.
