Not sure if it will workTransfer Case Switch - Direct Fit, Sold Individually

It was the right part, easy to put in. Bad thing is, still hasn't made the "Service 4WD Switch" message go away after a few days of being replaced.

Question: What does this do to thw shifting mechanism?Jim R. / Sep 24, 2020
Hi Jim, A transfer case switch lets you electrically shift from a two-wheel to a four-wheel drive and vice versa. The transfer case is controlled via the transfer case switch, and if the switch malfunctions you won't be able to shift your car into four-wheel drive.
