Hi Edmundo, I'm pleased to assist you. Yes, as Jim mentioned, it indicates a short circuit or weak flasher relay and becomes a problem when your LED lights start to malfunction and create issues. Look out for bad ground connections. Relays and flashers can go bad with time, water damage, excessive heat, and other environmental stresses. This only comes with the bulb and the wiring plug, but not the bushing. We suggest getting the bushing locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
