Item works perfectly! My only issue is with shipping times. Took an entire week, and what arrived was a pair of women's sandals. Yes, sandals. Take a look at the picture. I called immediately and sent pics of what arrived along with a letter some USPS employee sent with it stating they were sorry. So some gal got my original multi selector blinker arm. Carparts sent out another same day and made up for the mistakes of USPS.

You should be able to use the existing plug from you vehicle. I was able to just plug and play after moving the wiper module to the new switch. Both just plugged in and it worked first time. I haven't had any problem yet.

That does sound like your Multi-function switch but first check all of your bulbs to make sure the lights come on when you turn on your head light just incase the parking light portion of the light has burned out, and if it is the multi-function switch be sure you order the right one for your year model

Question: I just ordered it for a 2001 Ford explorer sport trac the one that is curved but the pics at the end shows a strait one. Now I am getting the curved one right and it does fit this truck right. Now what happened was when I started it smoke came from the steering wheel then I parked it the next day I let it run and there was no smoke but just the wipers don't work. So I talked to alot of mechanics and they all said to get this part and the wire hook up. What do u think ?Kevin B. / Dec 23, 2022
