color and texture are spot on, although i did have to trim a few of the clips because they did not line up entirely with the holes in my bumper towards the ends, still more than enough there to keep it on though. love it!

Yes, that is the same valance included in the kit. The color finish of the valance is similar to the original part it replaces.
