As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Hi Brian,
The fitment states the difference since most of the time there is design difference and may mount differently. But since you confirmed with the dealership, there are instances the color is only the difference. You can order it and you do not have to worry about returning it since we have a 90 day return policy if it really does not work or fit.

Hi Jose, I'm glad to assist you. The two options I see that you have to choose from are the one with a Z71 package with an impact bar skid plate. The other one is without the Z71 package, without the impact bar skid plate. I do not see the valance describing with or without holes.
