Answered by Andrew B. / Fri, Apr 02The clip and screw easiest to get at a Chevrolet dealership. I have been to all of the big box automotive stores and none of them carry the needed screws and clips. So I got the old pieces and took them off of that.

Yes. It attaches below the front bumper cover. This is for the 2013-2015 Chevrolet Malibu and not a 2008 Malibu.
