I was pleasantly surprised at the quality! I had purchased the valance with the rear bumper as a kit. The valance was just like the original, and by original I mean GM original on my 2009 Chevrolet malibu. While painting the bumper, I did accidentally paint the valance, but that does not make a difference in the quality. It has the correct number of holes to apply it to the bumper, and it holds up to be very sturdy. The exhaust pipe cut out is in the exact right position and we had absolutely no issues fitting it. Definitely recommend if you are looking to replace your Valance or even your whole bumper. The price is amazing, and the quality is exactly what you would expect.
