No,this is the lower valance panel that goes underneath the front bumper on the passenger side.

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

No screws are necessary. The valence is pressed.into locking clips on the front bumper cover. Very easy to do.
