painted valance molding cut outs are not cut out as shownFront, Lower Valance, Bumper Guard, Textured

picture on website shows cut outs for the painted valance molding. They are not cut out. The cut outs are marked on the back of the part, but not cut out as shown. Other than that, the part seems to fit perfectly but having to cut out those holes set me back on the installation
