Exact replacement for my 2004 Toyota Matrix. Installation was much quicker than removal of the old unit. Replacement got rid of my check engine light. Unit comes with the same brackets - just have to line up mounting holes. Check your original unit to make sure nothing needs to be swapped over to the new unit.
