This reservoir is for vehicles with headlight washers. If your vehicle does not have this, then there's a hole in the reservoir you'll need to plug up on your own. (More $ and time.)

A little tricky to get to but once your there it’s super simple and looks and works 100% better than the last one

It is a liitle different than the origanal. Holds more fluid however has 1 to many holes and does not come with a pug probly fits several vehicls. Had to pug up the extra hole

Based on our records, the part fits to a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta and it will fit to different sub models too. The part is also sold individually without a pump. Hi David, I'm glad to help you out. Upon checking, the reservoir is the same for with or without the headlight washers. If the vehicle does not have headlight washers, you will have to buy the plugs and gasket from the dealer. You can use the link below to order the part while it's on sale. I hope this helps.
