Start with a basic tune up. Plugs wires. Cheapest option, if that doesn’t help , then replace ignition coil, fuel injectors.. good place to start.

Yes, if coolant is leaking from the weep hole on the bottom of the impeller shaft housing. If you have mechanical fan you will need a large spanner wrench to remove the fan and clutch assembly.
