Bought because my water pump had a catastrophic fail came with gaskets and O-ring I can't say much about the instructions as I'm experienced with 7.3s and didn't even look at them my only suggestion and this is not a complaint but would be nice if they included a small tube of gasket maker then it would be absolutely complete kit. Over all it's a solid buy I have put 20,000 miles on my truck and no problems
